Fortunately, we are flying out of SRQ so the TSA lines shouldn't be awful.

My main concern is a delay once we board, or an indefinite delay that won't allow us to head outside & then back again after getting thru security.

Our crazy dog is so well-trained to go outside that she will not go on pee pads. We've tried to "Indoor" train her but without success. If she has to go, she just whines & cries until we get her outside. She does sleep 8 hours at night, so I guess that's a sign she might be able to get thru the flight. I'm attributing "human" feelings to her maybe, in feeling bad for her being cooped up in a carrier for 6 - 8 hours.

Very odd. yesterday when I checked the flight we were taking, the JB site showed a 3 hour delay. When I check flight status today, it not only shows On-Time for today, but now shows that yesterday's flight was on-time, too.
