The simple answer is no there isn't. Unless you use something like ExpertFlyer to monitor the loads for each flight every day. However, this will only be somewhat accurate as the actual loads won't show, only what fare buckets are available. And you'd need to know the seasonal changes, sales periods, etc which may change the loads. Even then, no way to guarantee a free seat next to you in economy without paying for one.
