SQ admitted that the delay was due to them and rather than just say that AF wasn't their problem, they took the situation into their own hands and even managed to find the bag and tag it accordingly.

Someone tell that to BA .. when a friend couldn't get his BA F flight changed to another BA flight when his original flight was delayed...
