i will tip $3 for the first round of 'free' mixed drinks, none for the second, or if there will be more than two rounds, $2/round
i've never tipped housekeeping, though i usually dont go over 20 nights in hotels/yr
i will tip tour guides sometimes
never have i ever tipped the van drivers
