If its operated by Air Canada, nothing Lufthansa matters, so no point in looking there. Miles will be dictated by the fare class that Air Canada has you in. This may (or may not be) different than the fare class listed on your ticket, as if an LH flight number, the booking code will show as the LH one.

As I mentioned earlier, the only way to find out for sure is to call Air Canada and ask the fare class that you are booked in under the Air Canada flight number.
