Completed 2 night stay last month and have to say one of the best stays I've had at a Hyatt. Found the staff from Bellman to front desk to Regency Club all very friendly and all addressed me by "Ms Lastname". Conducted business lunch at restaurant downstairs - food and service were very good. Had dinner in the bar the 2nd day and really liked their healthier new menu (black bean burger was fantastic). Again friendly and professional service. Also utilized their complimentary car service - prompt and professional.

If you have the chance be sure to walk across the street to have dinner at Southern Art at the Hotel Intercontinental. Fantastic food from chef Art Smith of Chicago's Table 52.
