How particular is Emirates about this? I am booking 1 ticket for my wife using my card. I am travelling with her too but my ticket will be booked (on the same flight) by the travel agent in office. Am I covered.

Thanks & Cheers

Yes, you should be covered. If you are concerned about this, call up the EK call center at 022-33773377 and see what they have to say.

They want to physically verify the card that was used at the time of booking - you must preserve this card, even if your card expires/ cancelled before the journey date.

After your travel agent makes the booking, and you purchase the ticket for your wife, call up EK and ask them to link the two PNRs, so that the check-in agent knows that you both are traveling together.
