FCO stands for the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The UK usually have good value travel insurance for all Europeans. But as they are in a cold war like situation with Iran, obviously they don't recommend UK residents to go there, and UK insurance companies don't cover Iran, consequently.
So what other (better?), options are for Europeans? Maybe there is a special UK insurer? Or one from another country? I would like a good value as well.
What sort of insurance do you want: basic travel (inc. delay), medical (inc. emergency evac)? That said, with the current international sanctions against Teheran, you're going to have a very hard time finding any company willing to underwrite a policy for you.
