It's been a while. But they did it again.

It came back 3 cm. shorter - I compared to another shirt from the same brand, same model, same size, that has not been washed by the hotel but somewhere else.

After 2 weeks of emails back and forth, they have told me they will pay $45 for the damages, in exchange for keeping the shirt.

Also, they have told me they will measure my shirts before and after each laundry cycle, to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Not sure how to take this. $45 does not cover the price I paid for a fine, dress shirt.

Measuring the shirts? I have always had the feeling they don't believe they are shrinking the shirts sometimes. Maybe I over-think and they simply want to make sure it does not happen again.
