I can't compare the hotel to any other property in Seoul, just to other properties around the world and it is one of the best.
I stayed in Sheraton D-cube before. Great hotel. There is shopping center just below the hotel also metro line. Of course it will take almost to Myongdong area.
If to be in city center is important, then Westin Chosun will be much better. But I think Westin is more expensive compare to D-Cube
