Here is my rant: When I had the JA-Citi Credit card, the interactions with Citi was smooth, whenever there is a issue, I send a mail detailing it and some one would call back with a answer / resolution.

Now for another issues, we exchanged close to 5-6 queries back and forth with same form responses and finally I gave up without a satisfactory response.

Is it only my feeling that the Customer service is going down at Citi / PM and with all the devaluations of miles / lounge access etc..?

Recently the Citi Folks put up a Sign-up stall for PM card in a cafeteria used by employees of a company where the average pay is 7-10K INR Per month.

Are they going nuts?
Can you post or PM me the line items and I can try and add value then. As for the other bit of 7-10K earning people, all those apps are going to be rejected because the bar is high on this product.
