Yes you can do airside. After deplaning from 9W in BON domestic, look for the inter terminal transfer service desk beside luggage claim, show them your ticket and get a bus assigned. You should be able to do the ride in 15 min, but plan 1h minimum.

A 4h transit is doable, but a pain. Look for transit in MAA, BLR or DEL instead, much better since its in the same terminal.
