I have a pair of approx 5 year old Bose QC3's that are well and truly worn out. All the leather has worn away and there is no sound coming out of the left side.

I'm currently in Paris so going to the main Bose shop tonight to see what they say. I spoke to Bose in the UK and they say they should swop them for a 50% discount on a new pair.

Does anyone know if you get just the headphones or the complete box with all the extras when you do an out of warranty replacement in the shops?
