Is it justifiable to ask a question like this eg Bose headphones here on BA board just because the headphones are found on BA First or is it because one lives in the UK?

Shouldn't this be asked in the Travel Products section?

Or can one get BA miles thru Bose UK when exchanging to a higher model? My foam earpieces are falling off too . So maybe I should do an exchange at the Regent St store?
