I've been a US Bank customer for 10+ years, several bank accounts and my home mortgage. Applied for the card 04/01, approved 04/03 card received 04/10. First expense done on the 11th and shows credited on account on the 13th. Already paid the first charge as of the 14th and os today I've spent almost 2k. Carlson has not updated my status to reflect gold member, nor have I received the initial 50k points. Sucks as I have a stay in AMS next week at the Radisson Blu. I contacted CC, and they mentioned that I have to wait 4-6weeks for account update, seriously!!!!. That's not good in my opinion. Will call US Bank on this.
