I'm glad to see it's not just me that's having the problem with the head band. But whereas mine have seen a reasonable amount of use, my partner rarely uses his and they are disintegrating too, admittedly not as bad. I till see if I can find some sort of "designer" electrical tape so I'm not shamed when wearing them out!!

The ear pads died for me too and I bought 2 replacement sets from their store in Regent Street. iirc they were about £25 a pair.
