I did neither. At no point did I impugn the morals or ethics of anyone.

Why don't you address the issue instead?

No one has yet to explain why an adult must be belted in on a flight but a child can be left free to "fly" around the cabin.

If it is safe for a child not to be belted in a car seat, why isn't it safe for an adult to remain unbelted?

The bottom line is that people are too cheap to pay for another seat for their infant and go to great lengths to justify having their infant in their lap, yet when the child turns two they will suddenly have to buy a seat for the child.
