AA says it might be because my ticket was booked with a middle initial as opposed to a full middle name as on my Advantage account and on my global entry card. Not sure if this is true but it has not prevented me from using TSA Pre on Delta in the past.
Any thoughts?
When I got GE, they asked me how my middle name/initial was on my drivers license as well as my airline profiles. Because it is just a "J", they made my GE record and card reflect that. If you book your ticket with your full middle name, I think you will have better luck. I assume your past Delta experience by status opt-in?
