I'm not particularly liking US Bank - applied for Olympic medals promo and they gave me a white (non-bonus) card with $10K limit!
I had success with the business version, live North Florida. I did not get instant approval, and was afraid of an eventual denial, but received an email 4 days later saying I was approved!
