To be honest I was just expecting something along the lines of a 1-way/1-leg upgrade voucher. Since I purchased F and they could only deliver C then it just seemed natural that they might offer to do the opposite on a future flight to make up for this...
I will definitely write in just for the experience and to see what the response is. Is there a main/head office that is the best place to direct such correspondence?
