As longs as you stay on Skyteam (which is probably the case for 99% of the connecting passengers) it's mostly done very easily, and often without having to go to security again. With a connection to or from 2G being the worst case scenario, connections at CDG are done in 10-30 minutes, with most under the 20 minute mark.
