I cannot imagine any issue with eating a rare burger made of good quality meat before a flight.
There are so many good burgers in the world - even in the UK - I am baffled as to why anyone would want to eat the sorry burgers provided in BA's lounges.
Indeed. Perhaps people eat them more out of familiarity than anything else. After all, I understand that private jet operators find that McDonalds and KFC are popular food choices!
