My now-16-year-old son really enjoys them. As a Gold Card holder himself he's had over a hundred of the things over the last few years and really enjoyed them. I've had them and I think they're okay, not the best I've had but certainly not the worst.

In the CCR dining room a couple of weeks ago I overheard an American passenger ask for the burger. He was advised it wasn't available and a discussion about horse meat ensued. He laughed and said "it's my favourite, bring it back ... even it is horse meat I'd still eat it!".

The burger is not indelible, it's just not to some people's taste.
