Every bank worth anything in this game (other than Barclays) seems to pull EX in MA. Chase, Citi, Amex, US Bank, BofA all pull EX. I apply for almost anything that won't pull EX, even for relatively poor signup bonuses. My threshold for a value return for applying for an EQ or TU pull is half of what it takes for me to take an EX pull.
