Where did it occur? I'd make a report to the health department if you originated in a US city.

I've gotten sick twice after Thai flights. The only food I had for 18 hours was either the Thai J lounge, or the plane. Only problem I've ever had on Delta was finding a small piece of glass on top of the dessert on an international flight.
