Upgrades to Club Europe are rare, but can be paid for at the departing airport more often than note.

Having got the seat behind the curtain (I presume), keep an eye on that for the next few hours, since there is a propensity for them to move the curtain and thereby cast you out of this seat into another. Sometimes this may be the one behind the curtain's new position, but it could be a middle seat down the back. Once you get to OLCI and printed your own boarding pass you are relatively safe, but even then you could in theory be moved. If you have printed your boarding pass then you won't be able to do anything about it until you get to the airport (on the other hand you may get upgraded), if you haven't printed your boarding pass you are more likely to be moved....
