If you do nothing you will get nothing. If you call in to the MileagePlus Service Center and request Original Routing Credit you will get the points. You can also credit the VN flights to a SkyTeam program if you want.
As mentioned in another thread the easiest way to do this is call the 1K res line and asked to be switched to the MPSC.
