Exit Row wisdom on BA AB320

I'm flying LHR to/from Vienna on the AB320. Have researched a dozen seat info sites, and none of them seem to match the actual seat configuration per BA's seat selection site. Outbound is BA 0704, where I'm seeing exit rows on 11 and 12. The next row is 14 (no 13). I'm currently in 14C.

The Return (BA 0699) apparently has a different configuration. Exit rows are 10 and 11. I'm currently in 11D.

Any tangible benefit to being in the exit row in either configuration? If not, am I best off behind both exit rows, as they possibly do not recline??

Also, I have read that it's desirable to get a seat behind the Business Class section curtain on this plane, and that one can get it on check in. Is that so?? (I'm EXP on AA, FWIW.) I've also read that it's better to be behind row 14 or 15 because the seats are wider...

Thanks, and I hope I'm not rehashing old discussions.
