These are the categories I have for the Plat card

A year ago it was
Miles earned from United purchases
Miles earned from everyday purchases
Miles earned this statement from purchases
Total miles earned this statement
Year to date miles earned on credit card
2X Miles earned on United purchases
2X Miles earned on Star Alliance purchases
2X Miles on gas stns, dining, grocery, home imprvmnt
Miles earned on all other purchases
Total miles transferred to United
Year to date miles earned on credit card
That change happened on my December 2012 statement.

Have not yet gotten my April statement.
