It is true this is not your typical suite like room one finds in many of the Hyatt Places around North America. But from my stay in a 2 Queen BR, it is not bad for NYC. Comparing to say the Sheration Tribeca, this room is pretty reasonable. I mean you can barely get around the room in the Sheraton without hitting a bed or desk. And this HP's bathroom is larger than some of the ones in the NYC Grand Hyatt. So overall, the size of my room was decent.

One thing I failed to mention was the heater/AC unit is heavnly compared to those clunkers you find in the traditional Hyatts. It was quite and the control is actully on a wall!
