This hotel was a disappointment for me as well. It really has that budget feel, but at $134 a night I got what I paid for so I did not complain. I would not pay significantly more to stay here. HP Midtown is only good if you need a bed, shower, and have the patience to wait for the elevator. Avoid the free breakfast, not worth the effort.

Hyatt 48 LEX is far better than this place, can't wait to check out Hyatt Union Square next week!!!
