Yes you should get 10x UNI$ in those establishments. Below is the details from UOB site, take note of the info in
BOLD.
Cardmembers will earn 10X UNI$ at any F&B establishments registered under the following MCC:
5812 Eating Places and Restaurants
5813 Drinking Places (Alcoholic Beverages) – Bars, Taverns, Nightclubs, Cocktail Lounges, and Discotheques
5814 Fast Food Restaurants
F&B establishments does not include bakeries, caterers and F&B spending at establishments that does not have F&B as its main business activity such as hotels and supermarkets. Some examples of these F&B establishments will include Swensens, Crystal Jade, Tung Lok, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Les Amis, Overeasy and Wine Bar.

Sorry but I have a few more questions
a) What is the effective Mile per $ for the UOB PRVI Card at 5X Bonus at Cold Storage during weekends?
b) Is there a fee waiver limit for the Preferred Amex card? PRVI card seems to be 50K but nothing is mentioned for the Preferred Amex. If there is none is fee waiver easy to get via calling in?
c) Is it possible to transfer UNI$ to family member's mileage accounts?

Wow I just saw the Preferred Visa has 10X UNI for Online purchases (Excl travel). I charged quite a many thousands to amazon last year. When did this card become available?
Really should have been more aware of the card options and not just left everything to my crappy Amex rewards card.
