Since your non A* flight is intra-European, I guess, I doubt you can reap any benefits from the operating carrier on the incoming leg, which may or may not be offering an arrival service. I never heard of such in Copenhagen (besides SK), but I rarely fly on non A* flights, and I do not read their flyertalk forums
The passenger is connecting to a *A flight, it's just not SAS. (It's LX)
I think you may have misread the post.

Arriving in CPH with AC in J, then connecting to ZRH with LX in Y.
Question is, will the passenger have lounge access at CPH without *G or SAS elite status. (he does have *S status)
