Stayed at the Trump a couple weeks ago and my stay there was surprisingly exceptional (not because of the room upgrades)! Service was almost perfect (there was a meltdown at breakfast the day before Easter), from housekeeping to the door men. Booked 2 rooms and both were upgraded to suites overlooking the river and lake. Absolutely breathtaking! We used the Audi house car (SUV) a couple of times and the service was great as well. We were acknowledged by name multiple times when leaving/entering the hotel (impressive, considering this never has never happened at the FSHK).
