Is this accurate, and if so, are there limitations on the availability of that class of room?

I'm sure lots of folks (not just me) would appreciate the clarification - thanks.
It is an entirely automated process. No human being has any control over whether the SNA goes through or even the communication process before, during, and after it. That is all purely driven by background programming, which cannot be manually overridden.

Assuming that everything is set up properly, the only limitations on the exact available class of suite chosen by the member are the eligibility of the rate plan originally-booked and the availability of the suite-type chosen, but business decisions, like minimum-length of stay requirements and non-arrival day restrictions instituted after the SNA is attached, will also prevent the SNA from clearing.

Any other failure can be attributed to a technical issue.
