Tell me about it. Just got out of a 15.5 hour flight from HKG and there was a crying baby in the row in front of me in "C" on UA. Hence, no matter where you sit on the plane, the loud baby situation may be something you have to contend with. Better focus on the best seat you could get and not where a center of noise may or may not be.
