I'll pass that along as well. Frankly, the original size of the letter posted was so large that it made reading it all very challenging, plus, nothing was originally mentioned regarding that aspect.

nobody really makes a fuss about the 4pm check out until it is denied. easily overlooked. I've probably used that benefit once in 50 stays myself.
