Every breakfast I've had at this property I have never been presented with a bill, just a simple "It's been taken care of." Hyatt GP T&C's indicate that tip is included with the Diamond breakfast benefit, so you don't need to leave an additional tip unless you feel it necessary.
They recently changed things and you do now get presented with a check. However, I have been explicitly told that the tip is included as before and room number and signature is all that is required. My folio once in a while shows the comped breakfast amount and it suggests a fairly generous tip is added by the hotel.
