Upon arrival had already been upgraded to Andaz XL room. I contacted the property prior to arrival. The initial e-mail held out slight hope of upgrade. As has been written certainly not a suite but lots of space and all the room one could hope for in a room.

Sounds like some construction is going on in restaurant as it was explained for breakfast. Like the idea of snack options but of course would prefer a Lounge. Easy to add devices for comp wifi. The service is very slow.

Using the address instructions above gave to taxi driver at PVG. The total rate was 160 CNY. I was good with that but it may have been reported lower. Enjoying the stay.
