I was ready to tell her to go w/ UA even though it's more $$, but checked Delta website again this morning. The 33min connection routing went up to $456 & the DTW routing (56min connection) outbound came down to $434. Even if she misses the 56 connection, there's a flight an hour later. On the return it's through MPS with a 55min connection. United came down to $498, but I think she'll go w/ DL for $434.

You're the best. I'm going to call her this morning & tell her to book before fares change again.

PS - I'm more cognizant of delays given we've already had 2 big thunderstorms during the middle of the night/this morning rush hour, but the really severe t-storms are still headed our way starting in a few hours with t-storms, hail, & wind to 40mph. Some of the RJ flights have already been canceled.
