So far it's been "possibly" a husband and wife. Now "possibly" two brothers and a father (who was diagnosed in Feb and died March 4). This case has been kept hidden until now. They're still hiding the results of the younger brother. If it wasn't human-to-human transmission in the case of the two brother and father who died in March then the cases from Feb will have to be revised to 5.
