I am on Expertflyer right now and I cant get the seat map to come up for my SYD BKK TG flight in November.

I get this message for all cabin classes on my flight: "The requested information could not be retrieved or is not available. This is likely due to invalid input criteria or lack of access to the information from the airline. Please revise the search parameters and try again".

Any ideas why?
