The EXCELLENT Paragon Pathfinder bag

Thirty years after I asked my squadron rigger in the loft aboard ship to stitch together a modified nylon parachute bag to use as a travel bag I discovered, thank heavens, Paragon Pathfinder roll-around bags ... which perfectly suited my pennypincher desire to buy bulletproof gorgeous bags at great prices.

Now, twenty five years on from my late eighties Paragon epiphany I discover my bonehead brother in law has just now destroyed the wheels on my first Paragon 22 inch bag. I even know the location of Beijing cobblestones on which he did it, even though he has no idea where he broke the wheels. What was he carrying, 100 pounds of deep fried grasshoppers?

One can imagine I'm a handy fella. I worked on development of second-stage Saturn engines ... yet I cannot for the life of me figger how to get the skate wheels off the axles of my Paragon Pathfinder bags without going through the inside wall of the bag.

I don't think the designer of the way-excellent Pathfinder line wants me to cut and replace rivets on the inside of the bag to facilitate installation of new wheels. Nowhere else on the bag or in it's overall character was such a wacky decision made.

Anyone have a clue about how to replace Paragon Pathfinder wheels? If not, anyone know the www location of a repair or user manual for the now-gone-from-the-world Paragon Luggage?
