So normally as a GM flying in Y I have to pay $25 for my 3rd bag. Today I am checking in for my flight and they are trying to charge $125 for the 3rd bag. Is this the new norm?

I am thinking put 2 in on the check-in and hope I can get it down to $25 or free at the airport. Anyone else experience this?
