Due to a BA flight schedule change we are now having to spend an extra night at a connecting city. BA have agreed to pay for our hotel (well we pay but they've created a case number so they'll pay out when we send receipt in). Might be worth finding out if they'll cover your extra night in BKK due to this aircraft change
