I had trouble with this issue last month for NRT-PVG. Three agents, a supervisor, and a redcoat insisted that what they see was different from my printout that morning from SkyTeam's TIMATIC link. I can't seem to replicate what they claimed they were looking at on the links from SkyTeam, KLM, oneworld, *A, or UA.

The USA Chinese consulate English language websites are at least several years out of date.
