Assuming that both sides have been paying their TIMATIC bills and hence aren't working from some old version that they may have downloaded, I don't see how this can be possible. AFAIK when one inputs information about citizenship, destination, duration of stay, etc., TIMATIC queries its master database in real time, so that everything should automatically be up to date. More specifically, I cannot believe that DL is using a version of TIMATIC that's three months out of date and using that to decide whether to deny boarding or not.
