Drivers are not supposed to take the tunnel unless you tell them to and knowing this in advance, I purposely did not say anything other than the name of my hotel and "lo and behold" the driver took the tunnel so I flat out refused to pay when we arrived at my hotel. The driver started in and I simply said that I was calling the taxi authority where he called my bluff with "go ahead". Suffice it to say, a taxi authority cop arrived in about 15 minutes, put the driver in his place and I got a free cab ride
