I withdrew amounts all over the map, and never a line item. How curious.

(I have received a line item for non-Global Alliance etc. withdrawals, both for $5 and 1% of amount.)

Anyway, back to the OP's question, I hope OP has the locations and I still am guessing that OP is looking for CCB because regardless of the 1% it's still a better deal than most ATM connections.
