When i mentioned it, the guy behind me asked what the rules were since this was his first time through.
They need to make a better effort to let people know the details or the line will be just as slow as the regular line.(as it was yesterday)
I've had to educate people quite a few times when I saw them taking off shoes or removing their computer. Many of these people just seemed to think it was an opportunity to skip the scanners and that's all. They were all pleasantly surprised when I explained everything else to them.
